OUR THOUGHTS
We love that in every bite of the Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar you get both a mix of delicious vanilla ice cream and crushed cookie pieces. If you like either of those things, you’re going to love this ice cream bar. The vanilla ice cream is so smooth and creamy. The cookie adds an extra element of tastiness to the ice cream. The whole experience is like finding a treat within a treat.
As people who love chocolate, we also loved that the bar was dipped in chocolate. The chocolate is a beautiful even layer wrapping up the ice cream. The quality of chocolate is evident when you take a bite. The aromatic flavours of the chocolate are released and melt on your tongue like butter.

We’d also like to point out that this ice cream bar is made with 100% Canadian dairy. We think it’s wonderful that as a Canadian company, Chapman’s sources their dairy ingredients from Canadians. Each bar is 55ml and the box contains 8 ice cream bars. We thought that the size was perfect for a snack. We find ourselves reaching for one in the afternoon when we’re on a work break. It’s a nice box of treats to keep in our freezer especially when friends drop by unexpectedly. We love offering these bars to them because they’re always a hit!
