Dog friendly Vancouver hotel? We got you covered! You might remember we did a staycation at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, BC. It was important to us that Truffle could come along as he is a very special member of our family!
You can bring one dog or cat up with weight restrictions and there is a small pet fee. We paid $50 CAD for our 3 night stay. We think this is very reasonable as we’ve seen hotels call themselves pet friendly and then charge $75 per night!
All 3 of us were warmly welcomed upon checking into the hotel. The Rosewood Hotel Georgia truly is a dog friendly Vancouver hotel. Truffle was greeted with lots of pets and offered treats. Obviously, he knew he was about to get pampered this trip!
DOG FRIENDLY VANCOUVER HOTEL ROOM
We opted to stay in the Deluxe Room to give ourselves a little extra space since we had Truffle with us. The room was very spacious and lots of area for Truffle to perch upon. He actually loved snoozing on the comfy couch that you see pictured.
The room also had a very large bathroom (for Vancouver standards!) with a shower and deep tub. Inside the bathroom, the staff left thoughtful amenities for Truffle to use! They had a bottle of water for him, treats and extra poop bags left for us. It’s these thoughtful little touches that makes us very much appreciate the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Some hotels completely skip adding these amenities even after charging a pet fee.
TREATED LIKE ROYALTY
Every time we went in and out of the hotel, Truffle was always fussed over by the staff. He loved every minute of the attention! Everyone was super friendly and always ready to offer him treats.
For turndown service in the evening, they brought out a huge doggy bed for Truffle.
You can really tell that Truffle thinks he’s king of the hotel for a few days! We love Truffle very much and we wanted to make sure that Truffle had a great staycation experience as well!
AMAING DOG FRIENDLY VANCOUVER HOTEL
There was a lot of focus on Truffle’s experience staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. However, we (the adults!) both felt the stay was absolutely wonderful from a human perspective as well. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and the room was so comfortable to stay in for us. If you’re looking for a nice hotel that is truly dog friendly in Vancouver, BC then you should check out the Rosewood Hotel Georgia.
